feat(linter): implement unicorn/prefer-string-raw lint rule #7335

There are a few places in the original implementation where the parent value node is compared against the actual node. I couldn't find a similar API to use here so instead opted to test if the span values matched which seemed reasonable to me but please let me know if I missed a better way to handle this.

Implements unicorn/refer-string-raw for #684

* use r"\\" instead of "\\\\"
* add test to cover situation where performing fix wwould result in an
  unterminated string
