Looks like we have some issues in SSL tests in pact-js-core when consuming this update.
Will need to investigate. I've currently marked this as a pre-release but it makes sense to revert it from the mainline whilst investigating, and when rolled out, release as an
rc-xnote, marking as a
preincrement in the release workflow, isn't actually marking as a pre-release (marked as latest as needed to be manually set as pre-release, as well as the rc-x suffix to the version number)
