Hability to ector hear and respond in just some rooms, if the Environment Variable HUBOT_ECTOR_ROOMS is set.
Example for setting variable on linux:

export HUBOT_ECTOR_ROOMS="ector_room,another_room,One more room,other_one"

Now, if you set the environment variable `HUBOT_ECTOR_ROOMS="room_name,other_room_name"`, ector will respond just to that rooms.
