This pr adds 3 functionalities to pb. Now a user can see their saved Filters using the command pb query list which will open a interactive menu with a list of their saved filters then the user can apply the filter using 'a' or enter and can also delete the filter using the 'd' button. *note: this pr disables the -i or --interactive flag for pb query run command
