Cleaned up the example command that is to be used in R for rmd files. I also took the commands to move hidden questions to the public database out of menu items and attached them to buttons. This will prevent the accidental movement of a large set of questions. This action is irreversible and mistakenly choosing this command from the menu item could lead to a large amount of work.

I fixed an error in the code for attaching exams to hooked modules. It now attaches them correctly. Before there were display issues and some of the logic was incorrect. This is the last release that will be compatible with the Zikula 3.0 series.

The ability to track the Quickcheck quizzes of users has been added. This is a major release that adds tracking of user attempts at quizzes. It records the score, questions, and categories that users attempted. Users can go back later and review their performance. Administrators can search for performance by specific users or by categories. This version is compatible with Zikula 3.0.3.
