Updated the packaging and storm version:

• systemd services now are now enabled and started after the installation (remember about the config on initial configuration)
• storm version updated to 1.2.2
• removed the printed file layout (but you can easily get it by downloading the packages and running dpkb -c *.deb)
• fixed sticky/setuid bit issue in newer storm tarballs
