This repository contains algorithms for estimation of respiratory rate from the electrocardiogram and photoplethysmogram. It is compatible with several publicly available datasets. Together, the algorithms and datasets provide tools to assist researchers in the development and evaluation of their own RR algorithms for estimation of RR from physiological signals.
The accompanying Wiki acts as a user manual for the algorithms presented in this repository.
The algorithms presented in this repository have been used in several studies, with each version of algorithms corresponding to a different publication. A helpful starting point would be to try to replicate the results presented in this tutorial.
