How to publish your Google spreadsheet on the web

Before OpenHeatMap can create a map from the data in your Google Docs spreadsheet, you need to give the service permission to access the information. For maps you want to be available publicly, you do this by publishing the spreadsheet on the web and giving OpenHeatMap the URL.

Here’s the steps to publishing your spreadsheet on the web:

1- Select “Publish to the Web” from the “File” menu at the top left of your spreadsheet:

3- Copy the URL, ready to paste into OpenHeatMap’s upload page:
