Licensing from v5.3.0

The project phoss-smp-backend (previously called peppol-smp-server-library) is licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL 2.0).

All other projects are new developments and are therefore licensed under the Apache 2 license.

Licensing from v5.0.4

The projects phoss-smp-backend (previously called peppol-smp-server-library) and phoss-smp-backend-sql (previously called peppol-smp-server-sql) are licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL 2.0).

All other projects are new developments and are therefore licensed under the Apache 2 license.

Licensing up to and incl. v5.0.3

As the Peppol SMP server is a derivate from CIPA it must follow the licensing terms of the CIPA SMP server.

Therefore the projects peppol-smp-server-library and peppol-smp-server-sql are dually licensed under the Mozilla Public License 1.1 (MPL 1.1) and the European Union Public License 1.1 (EUPL 1.1).

The projects peppol-smp-server-xml, peppol-smp-server-webapp, peppol-smp-server-webapp-sql and peppol-smp-server-webapp-xml are new developments and are therefore licensed under the Apache 2 license.
