Draft: compile with cmake

I am trying to compile amazfish with cmake.

• Add CMakeLists.txt to allow use libwatchfish with cmake libwatchfish#7
• Allow to build with cmake qble#4
• compile with kirigami
• check features with kirigami in runtime
• compile with uuitk (Ubuntu Touch)
• check features with uuitk in runtime
• compile with silica (SailfishOS)
• check features with silica in runtime
• update SFOS CI (and spec)
• update Flatpak CI
• Remove qmake project *.{pro,pri}
