A QauntumGIS plugin for working with hydrological data.
Currently works with QGIS 2.0 and above, which can be downloaded at: http://www.qgis.org/
This plugin is in early development, and is experimental.

Note: To use some of the features of this plugin, Pandas is required. Tested against Pandas version 0.15.2 (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pandas/0.15.2/#downloads). Make sure you install Pandas where the QGIS Python environment can find it!
Also required for the Flood Frequency Analysis tool: SciPy (http://www.scipy.org/scipylib/download.html) Tested with version 0.16.0b2
