OCR tool which supports various OCR APIs (Tesseract, GoogleVision, Win10, ABBYY, Nicomsoft). The detected text can then be translated using various translation APIs (Google, Bing, Yandex, Baidu, etc).

• Fix broken screen region selector on some screens (+Win10?)
