-Updates client libraries to latest version (I'm aware there's some inconsistency in how the CRA stuff is handled, but I decided to just keep the same logic as the previous version rather than try to make it consistent, since I don't think there's any particular point in doing so).
rubycommand to start an app does not guarantee that it will use the exact gem versions specified in the Gemfile -- to achieve this you need to usebundle exec ruby.
