This pull request does:

  • Make Libplanet-related dependencies depend on LibplanetVersion property defined in Directory.Build.props
  • Make Lib9c-related dependencies depend on Lib9cVersion property defined in Directory.Build.props
  • Guide to update properties in Directory.Build.props when bumping dependencies.
