• Improvement: Activities that do not have restricted access based on completion nor are used as condition for the restriction of access to others (i.e. nodes that would be isolated) are not displayed in the graph.

• New Feature: support course module deletion #5 by adding a red node "missing" for all dangling references.

• Some minor changes and cleanup.
