I discovered a few data loading issues while updating to the new v2024-12-31 database. I have a CI test to check that all database entries can be loaded, and two cannot: Isuzu IEB470 and IEC508. Registration is required to download the Isuzu optical database, so I haven't checked against the source data, but this PR allows both tables to be loaded.
