Scratch & new REST API on Torso

This is a beta version of Poppy Torso programmed with Scratch.

UI improvements + Python 3 & Raspi 3/4

This archive is zipped in 7z format, unzip it before flashing it. See the howto in order to flash your SD card with the new software image.
