Dave, Yes, I will take a look. A couple of weeks ago. I had some attempted builds going vs pg 17 beta 2. MSYS2 Full pg builds did not work. MSYS2 "In contrib" only builds DID WORK (but no yet is "EDB pg 17 for windows" is yet available to re-test.)

Also, Over time (Software degradation), MSYS2 lost the ability to build with pg 13.

Have a look at https://github.com/dpage/winpgbuild
This is probably easier than using EDB.
I also think trying to build against x86 is now futile.
