v1.5.0 - first public release

After a series of internal versions with various elements to test, here the first release for a broader public - also planned to be announced in respective forums to reach a broader audience.
This binary packages comprises a self-contained win32/64bit image with all needed DLLs (mostly GTK+ related).
Main development platform is Linux (Ubuntu) - contact me, in case you need help to build your own version of vice-mapper.
