Add specific error reports for dynamic model builders

Describe the current behavior

When an equipment is not found during dynamic model building, a generic report "equipment not found" report is added.
In some cases, the equipment is found but lack the needed characteristics (ex: an Hvdc LCC for an HVDC VSC builder)

Add specific reports

Describe the motivation

PR #342 and #343 add some of these cases without proper reporting.
