Does this PR introduce a new Powsybl Action implying to be implemented in simulators or pypowsybl?
What is the current behavior?
The DataTables cannot be used in every kind of groovy scripts without an explicit dependency on powsybl-metrix. For example an application using powsybl-afs could not use DataTables in groovy scripts ran through some AFS methods since AFS does not have a dependence on powsybl-metrix.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
Thanks to powsybl/powsybl-core#3308, DataTables can now be used by having the
DataTableGroovyScriptExtensionin the application.Does this PR introduce a breaking change or deprecate an API?
