This version of online photometric calibration subscribes to an image topic, takes a text file of gt exp times and publishes a photometrically corrected image.
This does not use the rapid exposure estimator.

Catkin build your packages


To run:
First,
Set your directories for the images and times.txt inside the test1.launch


Now roslaunch package_name test1.launch
and Next rosrun package_name image_pub
