Support for bbclass

all inherit statement will try to load bbclass file sof that name from
the same layer. Not found bbclasses will be ignored.
In addition to that a new `Item` class was added `FunctionExports`,
which will return the parsed results of the `EXPORT_FUNCTIONS` statement
exclusive to bbclasses

Closes #16
