Add option to scaffold from a specific branch of a repository #32

To help with testing out changes to various templates (e.g.: probot/template#77), I thought we should add an option to specify a branch. Turns out scaffold supports specifying a branch name that defaults to master, so this PR adds a command line flag to allow users to provide this option.

# Output of help message
➜   npx probot-app --help
Options:
...
-b, --branch <branch-name>  Specify a branch (default: master)

Totally missed this, but could this be the solution to creating multiple repos for usecases? Could we have a branch for each usecase?
