Issue with sending MDM commands to the device

Was able to setup the MDM server and Enroll the device successfully. When trying to send DeviceLock command nothing works on the device. Apple responds with HTTP_OK (200) but nothing happens on the device. Also there needs to be an extra step added for Updating the PushCert.pem with the identity.key which is missing in the Readme
