This updates the LwIP from 2.1.2 to 2.2.0 stable release. (Taken from https://git.savannah.nongnu.org/cgit/lwip.git and adapted accordingly to match Prusa's stack).
Most changes between 2.1.2. vs. 2.2.0 are mainly optical, but there are also some critical bugfixes (memleaks + overflows), additions to ipv6 support and also new ipv4 acd (adress conflict detection) support.
