- Files
  - A single file may be uploaded, it create a file set and assumed to be a preservation file.
  - A zipped bag may be uploaded that contains multiple files in one or more file sets.
Editing Collections
Editing Works
- Adding files to an existing work is disabled during MVP. Post MVP, there will be options for file management within the GUI.
