URL for registration services: https://www.hostmaster.ua/match to reference in PR submitter domainhostmaster.uain https://www.hostmaster.ua/2ld/- previous submitter having indicated proof validation for earlier updates
Comment: Using DNS TXT in lieu of typical _PSL leaf proof due to URL at IANA listed registration authority as known admin of zone + IANA proofs

I think I covered everything we have.
This is related to de-Russification of names.
We have added those domains to UA zone.
I would be fine with partial change. Let me know if I should update my branch for that.
