Enables linopy over the update PyPSA version

The changes needed to update PyPSA require some changes in structure of the components. Details can be checked in #1167 which has been merged into this branch

Merging this PR into pypsa_linopy_update to open a new PR in main to accommodate linopy-related changes intended for the cross-sectoral version
