This PR implements a generic
to_datapattern forfunsor.terms.Independent, allowing the conversion of{numpyro,torch}.distributions.Independent-wrapped distributions to and from Funsor terms.Tested:
sample,log_proband conversion tested using the infrastructure from Automate distribution testing #389
