Binbloom version 2.1

This version includes some fixes and improvements:

• memory alignment can now be fine tuned with a new -m option (#14)
• a crash that occurred when loading a very small firmware file has been fixed (#15)
• null pointer and floating point exception errors have been fixed (#9)
