Changes in the .github/project.yml are correct, but all the releases must be done from QuarkusQE organization repo, not the fork because release requires credentials and secrets only present in our organization. Please push this branch to the https://github.com/quarkus-qe/quarkus-test-framework

Also, this is the reason why one of the checks is failing.
