super-thinning-environmetrics

This repository contains the R code for the examples in the article:

 R.A. Clements, F.P. Schoenberg, and A. Veen, Evaluation of space-time point process models using super-thinning, Environmetrics, to appear. 

Required R packages:
spatstat; quantreg; stppResid

Note that the stppResid R package will be made available on CRAN and the source files on https://github.com/r-clements  sometime before 2013.

There are two directories in this repository: (1) Simulations and (2) ETAS

The Simulations directory contains the code for the examples in Section 4.1.
The ETAS directory contains the code and necessary data for the examples in Section 4.2.
