Hi, this PR add change windows installer,

  • it uninstalls before installing new version if installed. Newer Qt version changed some DLLs version and installer can't override it.
  • Enable x64compatible mode to install "C:\Program Files" currently install "C:\Program Files (x86)" so all executable is 64bit.
