RNetica_0.9-1
Worked on the compilation scripts, so now should now by default download and link latest Netica so/dll from Norsys.
Also, package is now auto-compiled on r-universe. Package can be downloaded from https://ralmond.r-universe.dev/
Note, these can be installed from R using
install.packages("RNetica",repos=c(ralmond="https://ralmond.r-universe.dev",
cran="https://cloud.r-project.org/"))
Automatic Download
I've now updated the configure scripts so that they should download the Netica API from Norsys if they are not present on the target machine.
This version folds the RNetica 6.0.7 for Linux branch in.
Netica 6.07 First Look
This version is mostly compatible with Netica 6.07 which is available as a Beta API for Linux.
As the current Netica.h does not reveal its version, there is still some massaging that needs to be done.
Now uses pkg-config file to pick up location of Netica_API_XXX headers and shared libraries. See INSTALLATION for more informaiton.
RNetica_0.7-3
Last release before scoring run for Physics Playground.
