https://ranchermanager.docs.rancher.com/how-to-guides/new-user-guides/kubernetes-clusters-in-rancher-setup/set-up-cloud-providers/migrate-from-in-tree-to-out-of-tree already exists as a published page, but it's vSphere specific (for now).
