Fixes a bug with docker's compose plugin, where the plugin will crash if
.envisn't a file. The environment files where therefore moved to.environment.The prod and dev environment variables indicating hostnames were changed from
app-dbandapp-redistodbandredisaccording to their name in the compose file.
