As a public user, I might want to

  • learn about how and why my data is processed and who is processing my data in accordance with EU GDPR regulation

@sylvhay a few things I am noticing:

  • you have included a section on Google Analytics however we do not (yet) currently have this enabled
  • for questions you have included a contact link to the feedback form, yet that feedback form will already require enabling third-party services (those users that have questions or concerns about privacy and third party services may be more likely to not want to allow these)

well spotted @tmfrnz

  • I included 'we may use Google Analytics' in the wording as there was some discussion at our last meeting that it may be good to use in future - especially to justify further funding. Is it correct that the current cookie dialogue will cover us if we do want to enable Google Analytics?
  • Thanks, I realise this setup doesnt work. We need to add a means of contact as far as I can tell? - I will bring this up at our next meeting.

I have updated the contact to an email address, but will discuss with our team that we may also need a name and physical address listed?
