This is a backport of PR #126 as merged into main (54652e2).
This PR proposes some updates to the new
ec2_networking_resourcesrole:These changes are being proposed because this role is intended to create all of the necessary network resources for an EC2 instance; but currently some resources are being created here and some are being created in the new (proposed)
ec2_instance_create_deleterole. With these changes all of the network resource creation will be consolidated in this role.
