Vulture's Eye Community Edition
This release updates the old Vulture's 3.6.6 with Nethack 3.6.7 and also fixes a very old bug that made it impossible to ascend: https://steamcommunity.com/app/341390/discussions/1/276237094322377094/?tscn=1472687303
It currently successfully compiles and runs on Ubuntu Lunar (23.04).
Next goals: Provide a Linux distro independent binary release. Successfully compile and run in Windows 11. Create a Windows binary release. Create a 3.7.0 branch. Rinse and repeat.
