<li>Changed the default <code>kindSortOrder</code> to put references last.</li>
<li>Changed the default <code>sort</code> order to use <code>alphabetical-ignoring-documents</code>
instead of <code>alphabetical</code>.</li>

<li>API: Constructor signatures now use the parent class name as their name
