This is currently blocked by ioflo loosing it's file descriptor for stdout during testing. If you run a single test function it works just fine but when tests are run together an exception is thrown.

Also pytest has a bug that causes it to loose it's own file descriptor and crash on teardown. The only workaround at the moment is to pass in the -s option when running the tests.
