This milestone aims to rewrite tag search to be able to:
[ ] - Easily scaleable and editable
[ ] - Make more separate from tag groups
[ ] - Allow for tag grouping (e.g. tag1 -(tag2 + tag3))
[ ] - Allow for ordering metatags
[ ] - Allow for tag groups (either in the format group:foo or #foo)
