Are there any annotation tools in program?

I am not used to build programs on my own. I read the guideline, and it is so complicated. I am doing research related with available features in structure-from-motion programs.

Could anyone please do some screenshots in this application and write down whether Regard3D has annotation tool for 2d images or 3d models?

And what this Polygon mode means? What is "Fill"? Can I draw Lines, Points, Polygons on an image or on 3D objecr
