- Cleanup and "convert" 9pm.rc into YAML.
- Look for ../9pm.rc first.
- Add Parent Project Info

Should be backwards compatible as the old "text" config was basically in YAML format already. Signed-off-by: Richard Alpe <[email protected]>
Most projects use 9pm as submodule. Something like: .../test/9pm This allows the project to have its own 9pm.rc config in .../test/9pm.rc Signed-off-by: Richard Alpe <[email protected]>

Add the ability to specify info about the parent project. I.e. the project being tested by 9pm. It's called "parent" because 9pm is normally included as a submodule to the project it's testing. Signed-off-by: Richard Alpe <[email protected]>
