runs in python 3.6 with the following dependencies

env.yml contains of my Anaconda environment.

illustrative-notebook.ipynb is an illustrative notebook showing how to use the the library
main.py contains a wrapper around the full functionality and an exemplary script
test_stuff.py contains some tests
