a stylesheet to cleanup and order the MADS elements.
van den Heuvel, Michael currently falls as the last name in our scholar browse - http://www.islandscholar.ca/browse_scholars . Changing the sort field to mads.family fixes the issue.

added a cleanup form for the MADS records ... I will create a ticket to add to the workflow. Should be checked.
added new type of project that has Honours Supervisor as a role ... added so the supervisor will be reflected in the display.
tweaked the mads > dc transform.
