First release

Download for your operating system.
You can place the executable in the directory you want to share, and use it.
Or open up the command line, and call the executable with the the --path parameter, e.g:

$ ./qr-file-share-win --path=C:\dir\to\share

Currently only tested with Windows, hope to test on Mac and Linux soon.
