One can hide all objects (set Action points / visible to false) and then only the object name is shown on hover (model and outline are hidden). Or it is possible to set visibility on each object - I would suppose that setting visibility to 0% should be equivalent to set visibility to false for the object. But visibility (even 0% visibility) does not hide the object outline which is shown on hover. Maybe objects outlines could be shown when all objects are hidden to make this consistent?
