A scaffold generator for Rails 4 that uses simple_form, bootstrap, datatables

Automatically generates the appropriate model associations for ActiveRecord
3.x, 4.x
Put this line in your Gemfile:
gem 'rogers_scaffold'
Then bundle:
% bundle
% rails generate rogers_scaffold:rogers_scaffold resource_name [field:type field:type] [options]
Basically same as the original scaffold.
